MHP this Month – February
February is often referred to as the longest, shortest month. Winter is dragging on (and hasn’t it been a winter for the ages??!!). And spring seems like it will never get here. We have had a what many would call our “Winter of Discontent” with global upheaval and upset.
In these times, I think it is so important for us to lean on our faith, and our friends. To offer encouragement, support, and hope to one another and to a world that needs it. God remains God, despite the frailties and foibles of humanity and God is there. ALWAYS.
We are reminded to lean into God’s grace, to soak up God’s teaching, to count on God’s constancy in these times of cold and worry.
If you, or someone you love, needs someone to talk to in these challenging times, my door is always open, and my phone is always on.
