Summer Litany (Is. 55:1a & John 4:11)
Water Pourer: Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters,
Everyone else: the living water from Jesus.
Scripture: Jeremiah 17:7-8 NLT
7 “But blessed are those who trust in the LORD and have made the LORD their hope and confidence.
8 They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.
Prayer
Living God, we praise you for the beautiful maple trees in our province. Whenever we look at them, may we remember that those who trust you grow strong like trees planted along a river bank. Amen.
